NYC Trip Pics

This is me in front of "Occupy Wall Street"
This is the trading floor of the NYSE, New York Stock Exchange
This is something important, that's George Washington where he gave his "first"? speech. I don't know.
Here's a sign, they actually made them take it down about three seconds after they put it up. There are several cops patrolling the entire border of the park, wearing the florescent vests. They allow people into the park, they just can't bring in food or anything that would help them live in the park; tents, etc..
This is Time Square, amazing, very very crowded, tons of HD Screens that are beyond life size advertising seemingly any company you've ever heard of.
This is from the top of the "Rock," also known as the Rockefeller Center. Not the tallest in NYC, but it is up there, it is famous because of the view of the Empire State Building. The bottom of this building is NBC, where they film Saturday Night Live and other shows.
This is the famous ice skating rink seen in any NYC Christmas movie; breathtaking, isn't it?
This is the entrance to the NYSE which just happens to be on Wall St.
I am on the trading floor and behind me is Delphi, up on the podium. The night before this photo they completed a deal to issue their first shares of stock to the public. This pic was taken about fifteen seconds before they rang the bell to open the markets, very exciting. A very special moment for Delphi.
This is my study group for the finance core. From left to right: Mike Mathews, Toshinori Fukui (Japan), Me (Huntsville), Geoffrey Gautier (France). We are waiting to enter the New York Stock Exchange, the security tent is behind us.
Another fun pick with my foreign friends. They both speak English very very well.
